We provide stimulating, person centred, holistic and bespoke 121 and group sessions, indoors and out, all year round.

I can provide private PT classes in your home within a 20 mile radius of Exeter (all year round), as well as one to one outdoor group classes (spring and summer)

Ceri is a Qualified PT and Gym Coach with a high level background in athletics, trail running, mountain, fell running and rugby. He has more than 30 years experience of competing and working with athletes, as well as sports men and women at all levels.
