
Personal Training with Ceri Rees BSc, MLS,
Ceri is a Qualified PT, Coach and Mountain Leader with an elite background in
athletics, rugby, trail, mountain and fell running. He has more than 30 years
experience of competing and working with athletes, as well as sports men and women at all levels.
Ceri provides stimulating, person centred and holistic sessions which are
tailored to the needs of the client in front of him.
Sessions are offered on a 1-2-1 or group basis, at home, outdoors and online.
