Online Coaching (with supplement for Face to Face coaching and analysis)

We offer bespoke coaching packages for those of you that want to adopt a more structured approach to your running endeavours. Our coaching philosophy is simple: we aim to support athletes of all abilities reach their potential.

The majority of our coaching packages are delivered by Robert Mann, who is a fully qualified UKA Coach in Running Fitness, with plenty of coaching experience to boot and Ceri Rees, an experienced trail and mountain marathon runner with a BSc in Sports Science and PE at Loughborough University, who has competed and run on all surfaces at a high level for 25 years. Once you have got in touch using the contact form on our website or by phone, Robert or Ceri will contact you to discuss your current running goals and motivations, in addition to discussing which coaching package is most suitable for you:

 

Level One (£60/month)  + £45 for Face to Face session and analysis

This package is for those athletes who are looking for a training programme built specifically for them, but do not require the attention to detail and regular contact with their coach that our other packages offer. We would not recommend this for those of you who are new to the sport. The following is included:

A detailed athlete intake questionnaire, including feedback or athlete profile based on informal but incisive phone conversation.
An initial in-person (depending on location) or telephone conversation to discuss goal setting and how to provide you with the best possible training plan.
An individualised training plan that is sent to you on a monthly basis.
Analysis and changes to your training plan can be made on a monthly basis, based on email communication.
One weekly email response from your coach to answer any of your questions.
A monthly in-person or telephone conversations to discuss progress.

Level Two (£90/month)  + £45 for Face to Face session and analysis

This is our most popular coaching package. Training programmes are designed specifically for each athlete and you receive detailed feedback and analysis on your progress. This package includes regular contact with your coach, allowing you to overcome any potential stumbling blocks along the way to achieving your goals. The following is included:

A detailed athlete intake questionnaire, including feedback or athlete profile based on informal but incisive phone conversation.
An initial in-person (depending on location) or telephone conversation to discuss goal setting and how to provide you with the best possible training plan.
An individualised training plan that is sent to you on a monthly basis.
Analysis and changes to your training plan can be made on a weekly basis.
Three weekly email responses from your coach to answer any of your questions.
A monthly in-person or telephone conversation to discuss progress.
Detailed race strategy session and post-race analysis.
A Wild Running technical t-shirt.
Level Three (£120/month) + £45 for Face to Face Session and analysis

This is the most in-depth type of coaching package that we offer. It is meant for those athletes who really want to take their training to the next level, demanding the attention to detail that having unlimited communication and feedback from your coach provides. The following is included:

A detailed athlete intake questionnaire, including feedback or athlete profile based on informal but incisive phone conversation.
An initial in-person (depending on location) or telephone conversation to discuss goal setting and how to provide you with the best possible training plan.
An individualised training plan that is sent to you on a monthly basis.
Unlimited analysis and changes to your training plan can be made.
Unlimited email responses from your coach to answer any of your questions.
An in-person or telephone conversation to discuss progress every fortnight.
Detailed race strategy session and post-race analysis.
Personalised circuit training programme, with guidance on implementation.
A Wild Running technical t-shirt.
